A Caregiver Support group has formed as a response from BeFriender's November 2006 program "Caught in the Middle: Caring for Parents or Others." The group meets every 2 months on the first Wednesday. Topics are determined by the participants. Meetings for the remainder of the year are September 2, 2009 and November 4, 2009 at 6 pm. A light meal will be provided. Please call the Family Center Office (467-2106) for more information and to let us know that you are coming. If you know of someone in a caregiver role, please pass this information on to them. They don't need to be Catholic or to belong to St. Joseph Shrine Parish to come. Please take time out for yourself! We need to care for ourselves as well!
