In these tough economic times the Parish Health Ministry would like to concentrate on getting out information to help our parish family.  To summarize:

For $30 you will get a medium sized box of both fresh and frozen food items usually valued at approximately $60.  There are no income guidelines and no limit to the number of units you want to order.  Generally the box of food will feed a family of 4 for 1 week or a single senior citizen for almost a month.

Orders are placed at the host sites by the 2^nd week of the month and the food is received by the 4^th week of the month.  Call the host site for specific times.
